A stay at Su Trabì means discovering the genuine flavours of our creative cookery (that is imaginative dishes using only our farms produce).
Naturally, we also prepare lots of typical Sardinian dishes. Each meal is a succession of intense flavours, accompanied by excellent local wines.

It would be almost impossible to list all of the culinary delights that await you, but we are certain that our various kinds of cold meat and meats, such as roast pork, pasta, cheeses, vegetables in olive-oil and many other delicious foods, will make you fall in love with our genuine and flavoursome creative cooking.
All our produce is the result of our passion for agriculture. Great care is taken during every production phase, from planting to harvesting, in total respect of nature’s biological cycles. In our fields, we cultivate all the produce that the soil and season permits.
